The SB3 Speed Clinic at the Hamble, over the weekend of 5-6th April was deemed a huge success by all who attended. With world class coaches, Mark Rushall and Chris Draper, they provided logical advice on how to get these boats moving faster.

Every sailor was shown top tips ashore from the coaches and then put this into practise on the water.
